1. Online Store Terms

You may use the Ezzi Tech website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

By using our services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You must not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our product descriptions, photographs, features, specifications, compatibility information, colors, and pricing accurately.

Actual product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, or other factors.

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility and selecting the correct product or device model before completing a purchase.

We may update, discontinue, change, or limit products or product features from time to time.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee that the order has been accepted.

Orders remain subject to product availability, payment authorization, pricing accuracy, fraud screening, shipping availability, and acceptance by Ezzi Tech.

We may reasonably reject, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment in situations including:

• Product unavailability.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity.
• Shipping or fulfillment limitations.
• Inventory or checkout errors.
• Orders appearing to involve unauthorized resale.
• Violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will generally be refunded using the original payment method.

4. Payments

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments or other supported payment providers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when completing a purchase.

Payment authorization may be subject to additional verification, security checks, or fraud-prevention measures performed by Ezzi Tech, Shopify, or the applicable payment provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders generally require approximately 1–2 business days for processing before shipment, although processing times may vary.

Standard U.S. shipping generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after processing.

Free Shipping may be available on eligible orders across the U.S., subject to applicable promotional and checkout conditions.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

6. Returns & Refunds

Products purchased directly through the Ezzi Tech website may be eligible for return within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a standard return, the product generally must be:

• In its original condition.
• In its original packaging.
• Returned with included components and accessories.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase where requested.
• Submitted within the applicable 14-day return period.
• Purchased directly from Ezzi Tech where required.

Installed, used, damaged, incomplete, or altered products may not qualify for a standard return, although an eligible product may qualify separately under our Lifetime Warranty.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

7. Lifetime Warranty

Separate from our standard return policy, eligible Ezzi Tech products may qualify for replacement under our Lifetime Warranty.

If an eligible product becomes damaged, scratched, cracked, worn, defective, or otherwise qualifies under the applicable warranty terms, you may submit a warranty claim.

We may request photographs, videos, proof of purchase, product information, device information, model numbers, or other reasonable documentation to verify eligibility.

The Lifetime Warranty applies to the eligible Ezzi Tech product itself. It does not cover damage to phones, tablets, watches, computers, vehicles, property, other devices, or third-party products except where required by applicable law.

Warranty requests remain subject to verification and approval by Ezzi Tech.

8. Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for following installation, compatibility, care, safety, and usage instructions provided with or published for Ezzi Tech products.

Stop using charging products, cables, or accessories if you notice excessive heat, swelling, deformation, smoke, unusual odors, exposed wiring, damaged connectors, or other conditions suggesting unsafe operation.

Do not continue using visibly damaged charging products and do not attempt unauthorized repairs or modifications.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Ezzi Tech website, services, or content:

• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• To violate applicable laws or regulations.
• To infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
• To submit false or misleading information.
• To transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• To collect personal information unlawfully.
• To spam, phish, scrape, crawl, or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• To harass, threaten, abuse, harm, or unlawfully discriminate against another person.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services where reasonably necessary because of unlawful activity, fraud, security concerns, or material violations of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Ezzi Tech name, logos, website design, photographs, graphics, videos, product descriptions, text, illustrations, icons, layouts, software elements, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Ezzi Tech and may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal and lawful shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected Ezzi Tech content without authorization except where permitted by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services & User Content

Our website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, delivery carriers, social media platforms, analytics providers, applications, or other third parties.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, product feedback, suggestions, or other material to Ezzi Tech, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, threatening, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate.

12. Errors & Inaccuracies

The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, outdated information, product-description errors, promotion errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
